Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Your phone number. The mobile number you register, so we can verify your account and connect the service to your SIM.
• Call transcripts. A text transcript of each call Safuraanswers, along with the summary and tag (callback, spam, fraud or FYI). We never store the audio.
• Your assistant setup. Your name, chosen voice, greeting language, delivery instructions and availability.
• Basic app and device data. Information needed to run the app reliably and fix problems, such as app version, device type and error logs.

What we don't collect

• We don't record or store call audio — only text transcripts.
• We don't save your contacts. Your contacts stay on your phone and are never sent to the assistant.
• We don't collect your location or track you across other apps.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to run Safura for you:

• Answer and handle your unknown and declined calls in the voice and language you chose.
• Create the transcript, summary and action items you see after each call.
• Verify your identity and keep your account secure.
• Diagnose problems and improve how the app works.

Sharing your information

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing or purposes. We use a small number of service providers — for example, telephony and AI processing needed to place and understand calls — who process data only on our instructions to deliver the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

Transcripts and summaries stay until you remove them. You can delete transcripts anytime from the app. If you close your account, everything tied to it — your profile, assistant, rules and transcripts — is deleted. You can request full account deletion anytime — see Delete your account.

Your controls

• Pause Safura anytime and keep your setup.
• Delete any transcript, or all of them, whenever you want.
• Delete your account to remove your data entirely.
• Ask us for a copy of your data by emailing the address below.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and access controls, and we limit who can see your data to what's needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

Children

Safura is not directed at children and is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
