Does Safura replace my phone app?
No. You keep your own phone app and number. Safura works alongside them and only answers the calls that are sent its way.
Will my contacts ever reach the assistant?
No. Saved contacts always ring you directly. Only unknown numbers and calls you decline go to Safura, and you can switch either off in Settings.
Are my calls recorded?
No audio is ever recorded. Safura keeps a text transcript, and you can delete it anytime.
Which languages does Safura speak?
Hindi and English. Set the greeting language to Auto, Hindi or English, and pick the voice you prefer.
Is there an iPhone version?
Safura is on Android for now.
